Setup the moderation system inside your server

Setting up jail

After running the setupjail command, kyos will setup a jail channel and role along with channel permissions.
Jailing a user will give them a role in which they can only see the #jail channel to confer with moderators

Setting up muting

This will not affect timeout
By running the setupmute command, kyos will create a muted role and setup channel permissions.
Things such as imute and rmute are not affected here and are only triggered when using those commands.
